It was such a beautiful day, that my wife, mother-in-law and I decided to go to the Wellington Botanical Gardens. It was the first time I had been there in at least a couple of years. Hardly any wind, full sun, and no crowds. A great day!

With the end of winter
there is more activity in the garden. It’s starting to look much nicer with our magnolias coming into flower. There are still a lot of weeds, but we will clear them out to give the summer perennials more space. Winter is a sad time in most perennial gardens, but summer is lovely.
