CW: Cancer treatment.

After my confident prediction over the weekend about how soon I would need to start blood transfusions once I started on pomalidomide, and that it would be a week or two, I am now in the Kenepuru Community Hospital Day ward getting a bag of plates and a unit of whole blood. Sooner than I thought; only three days. However, it is a good indication that I am being closely monitored (blood tests twice a week), which I am very grateful for.
