Back home from hospital
CW: Health and cancer talk
Back home from hospital and out of isolation. Bugs are being expelled courtesy is some broad spectrum antibiotics. Energy picking up. Nothing in my diary for the next two days apart from a couple of phone calls to confirm some more medical arrangements.
I’ve had great care from the nurses and doctors in the Wellington Hospital cancer ward (W5N), for which I am very grateful. And happy friends were able to visit over the weekend. It was getting a bit boring on Saturday and Sunday with only patients, who I didn’t see because of being in the isolation room, clinical staff and the friendly guy who delivered my meals.
